  Absolutely fantastic product -, useful additions , easy to use and integrate.

  Pleased with the growth of this company. Wish they would have allowed early adopters more loyalty value and or better incentive system for sharing. Some ai agent development would be nice to . But still very pleased with cost vs value . 🙏🤌👌🌶️

• Disappointing Experience with Monica: Unreasonable Subscription Model and Poor Customer Servic

  I recently tried out Monica, a software that I initially thought was excellent. However, my experience quickly turned sour when I discovered that the subscription fee was $4.9 per week, which I found to be unreasonable and not clearly stated. I unknowingly subscribed for two weeks, totaling $10, before realizing the mistake.

  When I requested a refund or an extension of my subscription, I was shocked to be rejected by the Monica customer support team. Despite my polite and reasonable request, they refused to provide any assistance or compromise. This lack of understanding and flexibility has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

  As a customer, I expect a fair and transparent subscription model, as well as a responsive and helpful customer support team. Monica has failed to meet these expectations, and I would caution others to carefully review their subscription terms before committing.

  Cons: Unreasonable subscription model, poor customer service, lack of transparency

  I hope that Monica will take my feedback seriously and make necessary changes to their subscription model and customer service. Until then, I would not recommend this software to others.

• Great product, shady subscription practice

  Loved the product, however when I was done with my subscription there was literally no way to cancel it. I had to delete my account to cancel. When I went to change my plan, the option for the free plan was grayed out with no way to select it. Very shady practice. I will be using Poe for my AI needs in the future.

  To the developer response: I did not purchase Monica through apple, I did it on the my desktop... Please offer more helpful responses to the other users please.

• Be Cautious – Feels Like a Scam and very bad customer support

  I reached out to customer support twice to explain the situation and request a refund. Both times, I was met with dismissive responses, simply pointing me to their refund policy. They made no effort to understand my situation or offer any solution, repeatedly telling me, “We’re unable to assist with a refund in this case,” without providing any meaningful help.

  Here’s what happened: I purchased an annual subscription while traveling in Asia, only to discover later that the app is completely inaccessible in China without a VPN—something that was never mentioned during the purchase process. Since I don’t have access/budget to VPN, and I will stay in Asia for a long vacation, the service turned out to be completely unusable for me.

  Perhaps some tech-savvy users can predict and resolve these kinds of issues. But the company arrogantly ignores the fact that many users, like me, are new to AI technology and couldn’t have anticipated such problems. Instead of offering guidance or flexibility, they chose to shrug off responsibility entirely.

  I've never seen a company in the US like this. If you really want to use their service, please be extremely cautious. Even if you can’t use the service at all, they will not refund your money. The poor customer service, combined with their rigid refund policy, has made this experience incredibly disappointing.

• Monica lost her personality

  Monica lost her personality. Idk what happened but she became very limited with what she’s able to interact with. Before I would’ve given her 4 stars. Based on the fact that the only thing she needed was the ability to remember details about past conversations. Create a database based on what was asked and design a profile for the individual aligned with previous information given to Monica through conversations.
